The quality is essential in the production process. Companies are required to be able to produce quality products according to desired specifications of the customer for the customer satisfaction can be achieved. Monitoring of the complete product to be implemented as a guarantee for consumers that the product is released to the market has a good quality.
The purpose of this final project was to determine the standard of export quality raw fabric, to know the process of weaving of the implementation of quality control of raw yarn into raw fabric, and acknowledge the problem and how to overcome problems in Weaving AJL departement PT Daya Manunggal.
This final project method is descriptive. This final project used primary and secondary data based on the interviews, observation, searching the Internet, as well as reference books.
The conclusion of this final project are the quality standards used in the Weaving AJL departement PT Daya Manunggal.is determined by the method of Four Points System. The error set point method is then measured in a classroom setting standards of quality fabric and the process of implementation of quality control is done by Checking the Finishing. By inspecting the implementation will be known to the point of fabric defects or errors that set the standard of quality fabric.
