Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Pada CV Sriti Semarang
Service quality has an important role to establish customer satisfaction. The more quality services provided, the satisfaction felt by the customer getting higher. When increases customer satisfaction, it can generate profits for the company.
The purposes of this final report are to find out characteristic of respondent, to find out the influence service quality on customer loyalty in the CV Sriti Semarang, to find out how to influence customer satisfaction to customer loyalty at CV sriti semarang.
Observation, interviews, and questionnaires method are used to collect data. The method used in this research is the analysis method that used simple linear regression.
Results of this study is each increase of one unit of service quality will cause an increase in loyalty from customer by 5.066 and an increase in customer satisfaction for a unit will cause an increase in customer loyalty for 0.479. Based on the coefficient of determination of service quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty showed a value of 0.778 which means that service quality and customer satisfaction accounted was 77.8% in influence customer loyalty.
