Pengaturan Tata Ruang Kantor Bagian Umum Dan Kepegawaian Pada PT Jasaraharja Putera Cabang Semarang
Office is very important for the employee to cary out the employees activities. One supporting factor is the smoothness it’s layout. It can also provide a comfortable atmosphere for them in completing the work.
The aim of the project report is to know about the arrangement of office layout and the physical environment and the office of Personnel and General Departmet at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Semarang Branch and provide an alternative arrangement a better office layout.
Data are collected by doing observation, literature raview and interviews with some employees of Personnel and General Department. This report identifies the arrangement of office layout and common parts of the physical environment of Personnel and General Department at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Semarang Branch.
Personnel and General Department office layout use open office layout. Arrangement of furniture and office machines in this room still not good, there are some machines that are not appropriate office position, such as computers and facsimile placement away from the desk. While for the physical environment, the color of the walls are in accordance with the office space, illumination light used is the indirect light using a 25 watt lamps. Air circulation is good enough to use an air-conditioning units.
