Pelaksanaan pengiriman barang ekspor furniture di kawasan berikat pada PT Harrison & Gil-Java Semarang
PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang is an exported furniture manufacturing company which is located at bonded zone. In delivery goods, PT Harrison & Gil –Java Semarang join with other institutions running in export activities so customers can have goods in legal way. The purpose of this final report entitled “Exported Delivery of Furniture Product at Bonded Zone by PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang”, are firstly to know the mechanism of export delivery at bonded zone, secondly to identify the institutions and documents needed in delivery goods, finally to know facilities granted by government in bonded zone.
The methods of data collection were observations, interview, and literature study. The written method of this final report is descriptive method. The term of delivery in PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang is Ex works, so it took a little risk. Beside ex works, PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang used FOB as term of delivery. This term is used by PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang if the customers don’t point out his freight forwarder. The company use telegraphic
transfer as the method of payment. The institutions that joins with PT Harrison & Gil – Java Semarang in export activity are importer, forwarder, EMKL, ISPM, Fumigation Company, Custom office, shipping company, Department of Trade, Bank and Insurance Company. The document in export activity are SI, invoice, packing list, PEB, PE, B/L, COO, Certificate of Fumigation, and ISPM. All the activities of export delivery applied at bonded zone must get permission regulated by Custom Office.
