Pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang
In every company, Human Resources is a important factor. Therefore, every employees need to get education and training to create the competent employees.
The purposes of this project report are to find out the influence of education and training to performance achievement at PT Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang.
The data were primary and secondary. The collecting data methods were, observation, interview, quesioner and literature studies. The data were analyzed
by:
1. Simple linier regression analysis by the formula of: Y = 8,011 + 0,825X
2. Correlation analysis showed a value of:
R calculation = 0,660 and R table 0,261
R calculation > R table
3. Determination of coefficient is 0,435 or 43,5%
4. Test coefficient regression showed a value of:
t calculation = 6,513 and t table = 2,002
t calculation > t tabel
Based on this analysis, it showed that education and training influenced performance achievement at PT Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang.
The result of observation showed there was significant effect from education and training to performance achievement. Coefficient value showed the positive and strong effect. Determination coefficient value (R Square) is 0,435, it means that performance achievement is effected education and training, the value is 43,5%, then the remain of 100% - 43,5% = 56,5% effected by other factors that did not discuss in this reports.
