Penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT Kereta Api (Persero) Daop IV
PT Kereta Api (Persero) DAOP IV Semarang has a philosophy to manage theemployees in order to work well, an assessment employee performance is needed.It is also aimed as a parameter of employee productivity in improving quality,quantity and relationship among the employees and also as correction of the jobsthey done.
The purpose of this final report is to find out the execution of assessment of employee performance and it is result to the Human Resourch Departement. The data collection methods used for this research are observation, interview and library study.
Assessment of employee performance at PT Kereta Api (Persero) is done by using RAPI (Rapor Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai) that filled by the assessor. The methodology used in this research is rating scale with a maximum score is 100 for the employee that surpass the target. The assessment of employee performance is done according to the evaluation components prepared. The follow up of the assessment of employee performance are promotion, mutation, or dismissal for the employee. The assesment of employee can improve their motivation for the company development in the future.
