Pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada hotel Grasia Semarang
Grasia Semarang Hotel is one of service company. The employee in a company have an important role to achieve the goal its productivity. The discipline will determine the habit of employees in working or in word the habit is the reflection of discipline.
The purpose of this research is to know the influence a discipline to employee productivity at Grasia Semarang Hotel. The method applied in collecting data were interview, observations, library research and questionnaires method. Analysis method used was in simple analysis regression.
Organization productivity is influenced by many factors, one of them is discipline. Discipline has some factors such as employees attendance (X1), attendance punctuality (X2), Carelessness (X3), and slowlyness of works (X4). The result of the analysis is (X1) Y= 14,931 - 0,598X it means employees attendance decreases the productivity will increase, (X2) Y = 16,192 – 0,247 X means attendance punctuality decreases the productivity will increase, (X3) Y = 16,245 – 6,53X means carelessness decreases the productivity will increase, (X4) Y = 4,968 - 0,139X means slowlyness of work decreases the productivity will increase.
