Office layout is one of the main factors in developing employees working spirit in government or private institutions. A good arrangement of office room can also create comfortable condition for the employees.
The primary purpose of the project report is to find out about the office layout and describing physical environment office layout at Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali-Juana Semarang.
The data were collected by observation, literature review and interview with some staff and The Department Head of Engineering Section of Commitment Officials. This report is descriptive which describes the room arrangement at Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Pemali-Juana Semarang.
The condition of Department of Engineering Section of Commitment Officials show that the kind of layout is closed office which has brown colour around it. The light factor is good enough for work beside the air is comfortable. However all of the condition of Engineering Section of Commitment Officials is good enough for their employees.
