Pelaksanaan komunikasi internal pada PT New Ratna Motor Semarang
Communication is a very essential factor required in every aspect of life, internal communication is a process of delivering information inside an organization. The purpose of the project report is to know the performance of internal communication to give motivation to employees at PT New Ratna Motor Semarang. The project report was written by using descriptive method. The data were collected by doing interview, literature study and observation. The informen were 2 employees from service department of PT New Ratna Motor.
Internal communication at PT New Ratna Motor is handled in three lines, this is vertical communication, horizontal communication and diagonal communication. This is intended to create a good relationship between the leader, the employees and the employees them selves. The problem of internal communication at PT New Ratna Motor is the distance between the building of the company that is too far. To solve the problem the company is making a planning to build a new company. The conclusion is that the internal communication at PT New Ratna Motor runs well.
