Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Ekspor Pada PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia
The quality of a product is supported by good production management system. The purpose of the production process not only produces lots of goods but also how to improve the quality of the product, so that the product has the benefits of appropriate, quality assured and can attract consumers to buy them. Quality products help companies, especially in PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia in obtaining the position in the eyes of consumers.
The purpose of this final report is to describe the standard of product quality, implementation of product quality control and analyze the product is damaged in the process production of PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia.
Method of writing this final report is descriptive and analytical. Control chart is used to analyze the data. Data collection methods are interviews, observation and literature study.
Quality control is performed by PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia is divided into three parts, namely, quality control of raw materials, production process quality controls, and control the quality of the final process. Result analysis of defective products with a value of the Control Limit (CL) equal to 0.004034 in 2008 showed that the product defect is within the control.
