Analisis atribut produk speedy terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Drivre IV Jateng DIY
Speedy Product Attributes can create customer satisfaction. If customers are satisfied with speedy product attributes given, they will keep on buying the company products. Company should maintain and increase their customer satisfaction.
The purpose of this research is to identify correlation of speedy product attributes toward consumer’s satisfaction. The methods of collecting data were questionnaires and literature study. In this survey sample 100 respondent are classified into four product attributes that is access, feature, price and service.
The analysis method used were chi-square and coefficient contingency. The result of this analysis by Chi Square shows that the access was 62,327, shows that the feature was 98,730, shows that the price was 95,221, shows that the service was 79,373. This result shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The analysis result by Coefficient Contingency test shows that there
was correlation between speedy product attributes toward customer satisfaction.
It is recommended that PT. Telecommunication Indonesia Divre IV jateng and DIY should maintain the customer satisfaction by give more attention to the access, feature, price and service
