Mechanism of exporting greige fabric AT PT Apac inti corpora Semarang
Nowadays, the International trades develop rapidly since the development of technology, information of communication and also the transportation sectors. Therefore, the export transactions which support the growth of economic conditions in each country also get more risky and going tighter.
With good mechanism in export activity PT Apac Inti Corpora has proofed that this company is capable of competing and surviving to provide high quality of textile and textile products to all customer.
The purposes of this final project are to identify the mechanism of exporting greige realization of PT Apac Inti Corpora Semarang, the parties involved and the document needed in export activity, and also to know the obstacle of exporting greige. The methods of data collection are observation, interviews and literary studies and this final project is writing descriptively.
The result of the observation, interviewing and literary studies shows that the mechanism of exporting greige by PT Apac Inti Corpora was begun from the agreement of Sales Contract (S/C) between the buyer and seller and the issued the Letter of Credit (L/C), so the terms and condition including the documents needed are based on the S/C and L/C. The parties of Direct involved in the exporting Greige activity are Importer, banks, Shipping Company, and EMKL/PPJK, while the Indirect parties involved are Industrial and Trades Department, Customs office, Surveyor, and freight forwarding.
The obstacles of PT Apac Inti Corpora in exporting activity are the price competition which is going tightly, the increasing of production cost which is not followed by the rise of pricing, and the production system uses in producing greige are still manual and needs a lot of human resources.
