Pengaruh penataan layout kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian umum dan kepegawaian pada dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah
Office layout is one of the main factors in developing employees working spirit in government or private institution. A good arrangement of office room can also create comfortable condition for the employees.
The primary purpose of this report is to identify of office layout at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan and to identify the influence of office layout to the work effectivity of staff at public and Personnel department at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
The methods collecting data are observation, interview, literature review and questionaire. The data analysis are questionaire form 30 respondents which have been processed it was analyzed by using simple liner, regression, correlation, analysis and coefficient test by using SPSS.
The result of the simple linier regression is Y=8,299 + 0,671X. it means that office layout and working effectivity has positive correlation. The correlation analysis indicates R=0,638 it means that correlation between office layout and working effectivity is significant and positive. Then t test trial from the influence of office layout to the working effectivity indicates that t count 4,386 is bigger than t table 2,048 by using to side test of 5%. This shows that Ho is refused, it means that is an influence of office layout to the work effectivity.
