Pengaruh kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Matahari Java Supermall Semarang
All company will always face the problem of how to influence buy decision of consumer to product which they offer. Buying decision of consumer is related with determining of good marketing strategy. Therefore, good combination of product quality and service is needed as marketing strategy.
The aim of this research was to analyze the influence among product quality and service with buying decision of consumer partially and simultanously. The datas were collected by interviews, questionnaire and library study. The methods used in this research were sampling and population.
The result of hypothesis testing partially showed that there was an influence between product quality and buying decision. Also, there was an influence between services and buying decision significantly. The result of simultaneous testing showed that there was an influence among product quality and service with buy decision significantly.
It was recommended that Matahari Java Supermall Semarang keep the increasing of giving of the best product quality effort continuously and service of consumer must be conducted quickly and exactly.The reason of this recommended because Matahari Java Supermall Semarang already have to a product quality better than a service quality.
