Analisis kualitas hubungan antara perusahaan dengan pemasok pada PT Espera Satya Semarang
A good relationship with suppliers will enhance performance of a company, because it could give long term benefit which could be competitive benefit and reduction of transactional cost. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship quality between PT Espera Satya Semarang and its suppliers. The quality of relationship is mensured by dimension of trust, fairness, commitment, and relationship benefits.
This research was done using population which was taken as a sample by purposive sampling method. The data were collected by questionmare and observation, then it was analyze by One Sample t-Test.
The result of research shows that the quality of whole relationship between the company and its supplier can be getting worst. There were a factors which influence the quality of relationship, that is trust, fairness, relationship benefits and commitment.
Based on the research, it is suggested that suppliers and company need to enhance the quality of relationship which could make it better in the future.
