Pengaruh program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Pertamina (PERSERO) unit pemasaran IV Instalansi Pengapon Semarang
Working motivation is way to encourage employees’ working to work by facilitating and give chances for achieving the company’s goal. Working motivation is very important for an organization. Safety and healthy working is a significant factor that affects the employees’ working motivation.
The purpose of the research is to analyze the Influence of Safety and Healthy Working Program to Employee’s Working Motivation at PT. Pertamina (Persero) Unit Pemasaran IV Instalasi Pengapon Semarang. A survey is conducted in four stages. They are observation on the object, by siving questionnaires to 45 employees as respondents. The result is analyzed using regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination coefficient and hypotesizing test, and the last stage is conducting a literature review.
The result of the regression analysis shows coefficient of Y = 3.456+0.374XI+0.631X2. it means that safety and healthy working and working motivation have a positive correlation. The existence of safety and healthy working is the higher working motivation of the employees’ is the completion analysis shows R = 0.793, it shows positive correlation between safety program and working motivation. Mean while determination coefficient show the R square = 0.629, it means that 62.9% working motivation is influenced by safety and healthy working program. Ha is accepted because the value of T-safety = 2.75 is bigger than T-tabel = 1.680. T-healthy = 5.495 is bigger than T-tabel =1.680 with significant level 5%.
It is concluded that safety and healthy working program has influence on working motivation.
