Analisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap para pembeli pada toko Minggir Klaten
Nowdays, retail business grows rapidly. It makes the store which is oriented in retail compete by giving the different service and quality. It is done because the store has relationship with the costumers so they can compete in the market. In order to win the competition, each store tries to improve the service quality.
This final report discuss about the service quality given by Minggir store to their buyers. The aim of this research is to find out the quality of service which is given by Minggir store to the buyers.
The method of research used is descriptive analysis. Data are collected by questionnaires which are taken from respondents in Minggir store. The data analysis used one sample t test.
The result of the research shows that the dimension of interaction quality and output quality is very good. The dimension of environment quality which is given by Minggir store to the buyers is good as well.
