Peramalan volume penjualan jasa pelayanan kegiatan ekspor tahun 2009-2011 pada PT Rahayu Perdana Trans Semarang
To get profit and to assure the sustainability are the main aim of the company. To reach the aim of a company PT. Rahayu Perdana Trans has attempted various ways, one of them is to determine the sales volume . The projection volume of sales volume is espected to give adequate information in the formation of plan.
The purpose of this research is to know the growth of sales volume of 2005 – 2008, to determine the prediction of calculation method, to forecast the sales volume of 2009 – 2011, data are collected by observation, interview and literature review. The prediction are calculated by moving average method, least square method and mathematic method.
The result of this research shows that growth of sales of 2005 – 2008 fluctuated. The standard deviation amount of 34.95% is the best forecast as it shows the smallest forecast error value. It means the forecasting sales volume using least square method in period 2009 – 2011 could be estimated with alpha 34.95%.
In view of the analysis result, the amount of sales volume kuartal I on 2009 to 103.71, the decreased of sales volume is 1.94X. That is trend value calculationing with put X value for every kuartal on 2009 – 2011. So it is concluded that forecasting on sales volume of service tool export activity for 2009 – 1011 is decreasing.
