Pengaruh kualitas produk ekspor terhadap volume penjualan pada CV Kalingga Jati
To keep the furniture company exist among others, the owner should create some innovations on the quality of its product and services beside the use of the newest technology on furniture. The quality of its product and service influences the volume selling.
The purpose of the report is to know the influence of quality of product and services on selling volume in CV Kalingga Jati Jepara in the year 2005-2008. The methods used for collecting data are observation, interview, questioner and literature study.
The quality of the product of furniture has been determined before selecting raw material, process of production, finishing and packaging. The result of T-test analysis of the product on selling volume shows that T-test is 4.370 it means that it is higher than T-table 2.306, so the Ho hypothesis is denied and Ha is accepted or there is influence between quality of product and volume selling. The result of T-test analysis of the product service on selling volume shows that T-test is 3.214 it means that it is higher than T-table 2.306, so the Ho hypothesis is denied and Ha is accepted or there is influence between quality of services and volume selling. The influence of quality of product and service on the volume selling is using F-test analysis. The result is that the F-test is higher than F table or 470.757>4.9571, so the quality product and service proved influence on the volume selling in CV Kalingga Jati Jepara.
It is recommended that CV Kalingga Jati Jepara must always improve the
quality of its product and services to increase the volume selling.
