PT. Sricahya Cipta Megatama (Printworld) Semarang is a company which operates in printing and packaging it has provided allowance and welfare facilities to the employees. The given allowance are death allowance, education tuition, annual or holiday allowance, business trip allowance, communication allowance, working achievement plan, severance pay, pension plan, and functional allowance. The welfare facilities are health facility, working outfit, safety equipment, sport facility, transportation facility, religious activity facility, employee’s loan facility and cellular facility. By giving allowance and welfare facilities the company gains the advantages. They are more effective recruitment, improved morale and loyalty, lowered turnover and absenteeism, good public relations, reduced threat of further government intervention, reduced influence of unions either present or potential
As there was not health care and lack of recreation programs, so it is
suggested the company provide health care and more sport facility like fitness
center and recreation programs like family gathering, outbound or picnic.
