Pelaksanaan ekspor garment ladies blouse melalui kawasan berikat pada PT Sam Kyung Jaya Apparel Kabupaten Semarang
The economic globalization is indicated by the open international market for domestic product. International trade is caused by the differences of natural resource, climate, employee, geography structure and social structure.
The Final Report entitled “Handling the export of ladies blouse garment through bonded zone at PT Sum Kyung Jaya Apparel Kabupaten Semarang” is to describe the process of receiving purchase order up to receiving the payment.
The aims of this Final Project are, to find out firstly export mechanism of ladies blouse garment through bonded zone at PT Sum Kyung Jaya Apparel Kabupaten Semarang, secondly the parties to support the export activity and thirdly the problems in export activity. Data were collected by observation, interview, and literature studies.
The required documents are commercial Invoice, Packing List and Actual Packing List, PEB and PE, Original Forwarder Cargo Receipt and Original Forwarder Cargo Receipt (non-negotiable), and Certificate of Origin. The parties to support export activity in PT Sum Kyung Jaya Apparel are Importer, Agent, EMKL, Freight Forwarding, Disperindag, Customs Office, and Bank.
It is concluded that the term of delivery is Free On Broad (FOB) which means the companies responsibilities are handle the cost, risks of delivery of the goods passing the ship’s rail at the named port of shipment. The export mechanism in PT Sum Kyung Jaya Apparel start from receiving purchase order by importer through the agent Good Guest International Manufacturing, processing the goods and preparing the export documents. After all of export
documents are complete, the goods will be for stuffing and shipping to importer and the documents are to the agent. The agent should pay for the goods by Telegraphic Transfer within one week after the goods on board.
