In the current era of globalization, both government institutions and companies in private sector are required to work harder in achieving the objective. The situation in many areas competition is very tight, the role of the quality control of products in the company will be the greater than ever to ensure the development of the company.
The purposes in writing this final report were to find out which product quality standards applied in the companys, for the implementation of quality control in the company, know the obstacles in the implementation of quality control, and to know how to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the quality control of the CV Kalingga Jati Jepara. The Method the writing this final report was descriptive method.
CV Kalingga Jati implements the system control of product quality as the
whole system. Controlling the quality is applied in time before the start of the
production process, during the production process, and post-production process
or quality control on the final product and everything is running well and through
a very strict process.
In doing the quality control, the company starts with controlling content of water in wood that is between 8-11%, the condition of wood that are no pinholes, no white colour, no cracking or broken and no knots. The control of the quality to the raw material is always done well and through a very strict procces and such quality control leads the company have the final products always in best quality.
