Peran dan Tugas Sekretaris Dalam membantu Pimpinan Pada Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah Semarang
A leader of a company has a variety of tasks and responsibilities. With this situation, the leaders will really need someone to launch a task, therefor the leaders requires the services of a secretary who can assist the leaders in running the company.
The objective of this research are to know the roles and duties of a secretary in assisting the task of the leaders in Perusahaan Umum BULOG Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah
The research uses descriptive research method with qualitative and quantitative form. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and literature review.
The results of this discussion shows that the role of a secretary includes intermediary or by means of leadership communication, leadership as a source of information, while the secretary duties include routine tasks, instruction, creative, and incidental.
