Employees represent the all important element in an organization, institution and also company. Therefore, harmonious of a relation among the employees is important for the shake of fluency process the job.
The primary purpose of this final project is to know the role of a public relation in braiding harmonious relation among the employees at Perum Bulog of Middle Regional Division in Central Java.
The methods of collecting data was observation and interview with Public Relation and some employees at Perum Bulog of Middle Regional Divison In Central Java
A Public Relations of Bulog own the role to intern company (employees) is a somebody which always try to improve the employees prosperity. Important role a Public Relation is as aspiration dealer there must be or forwarding of employees desire to superior, but employees there be still feeling that role of a Public Relation in braiding harmonious relation among the employees still less or not yet maximal.
