Sistem Pembayaran Ekspor Komoditi Kopi Pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero )
In this final project the author discusses the payment system of export coffe transactions at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. The purpose of this final project is first, to identify consideration of the company in choosing sort of payment system which will be used on export transaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang; Second, to determine the needed documents for the payment system; Third, the parties involved in the payment system. The data uses in the final project are secondary data. They are collected conducting interviews, and literature studies. The read ten method of this project is descriptive method. The result of this studies is PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang has implemented the sight letter of credit system and telegraphic transfer system as it payment system. The benefit of telegraphic transfer system is fast and easy compare to the sight letter of credit system. However, the telegraphic transfer system need a high level of trust between the exporter and importer. The another system is sight letter of credit system, it is the most secure payment system.
