Mechanism Of Proposing The Fasility of "KITE" ( Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor ) AT KPPBC ( Kantor Pelayanan dan Pengawasan Bea dan Cukai ) Tanjung Emas Smg
In globalization era, export is potential aspect to support Indonesian economic growth. Almost exporters take the material for their product from abroad in order to get the best export quality. But sometimes in importing the material they get some problems especially in import clearance at Directorate General Customs and Excise. Directorate General Customs and Excise as the trade facilitator should be able to give support and amenities. One of the amenities given by Directorate General Customs and Excise to support the exporter is facility of KITE (Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor).
The purpose of writing this final project is to describe the mechanism of proposing the facility of “KITE” at KPPBC Tanjung Emas Semarang, the general requirement to get “KITE” facility, the advantages of having “KITE”, the obstacles in releasing the facility of “KITE”, and the parties related to proposing facility of KITE activity. The data were collected by interviewing Mr. Dian Fakhrizal Hasan about some information supporting the purposes. This final project was writen descriptively.
After compiling the data, it is found that the general requirement to get “KITE” facility is NIPER (Nomor Induk Perusahaan). The procedure of “KITE” starts from proposing the form of BCF.KT01 for the releasing and BCF.KT02 for the restitution. If the request is approved, the directorate would issue the decision of releasing and the decision of restitution. The advantages of having “KITE” are free of paying PPN and PPnBM and get the restitution of import duty and excise. The obstacle of releasing the facility of “KITE” is about the uncompleted administrative requirement done by the company. And the parties related to proposing the “KITE” are the company (exporters producer), KPPBC and KWBC (Kantor Wilayah Bea dan Cukai).
It can be concluded that the facility of “KITE” is given to the company having the NIPER by proposing the form of BCF.KT01 for the release and BCF.KT02 for the restitution. Finally, it is recommended that the KPPBC should ask the company to pay more attention in completing all the requirements based on the regulation to minimalize the obstacles.
