Sistem Ekspor Wooden Furniture ke Negara Saudi Arabia Melalui Kawasan Berikat Pada PT Harrison and Gil-Java Semarang
Export system to Saudi Arabia is different from that to other countries, because it needs special packing and had regulation trade that is SASO.
The purpose of this final report are to know the handling of the thing in a non physical manner in the export system to the Saudi Arabia Country covering communication in negotiations, the characteristics of the market, the provisions of the trade, the document in the delivery of goods, and related sides, and the export system wooden furniture to the country in handling goods physically covering the total of export product, the packaging of the export goods and the delivery of goods procedure of the export went through the tied region.
The methods of data collection were observation, interview, and documentary study. The writing method of this final project is descriptive method.
PT Harrison and Gil-Java Semarang anticipate for characteristic market with distributor and have standards products and material. It is joined with PT Bureau Veritas to examine feasibly packing pallet and performing SASO certificate. This standard in part must have certification of ISPM No. 15, might not have the small hole, the wooden used might not smell and break, and have the level of maximal humidity 30 moisture content.
The institutions that joins with PT Harrison and Gil-Java Semarang in export system importer, forwarder, PT Bureau Veritas, EMKL, ISPM, Fumigation company, Custom office, Shipping company, Department of trade, Bank and Insurance Company. The document in export system are SI, Invoice, Packing List, PEB, NPE, B/L, COO, ISPM Certificate, Certificate Fumigation, and SASO Certificate. The delivery of goods procedure of the export went bounded zone stared from the process of proposing PEB/PEBT and BC 2.3 until sending to the destination of export.
