Penerapan standar sistem manajemen mutu (SNI ISO) 9001:2008 pada pt. gaya teknik utama di Kabupaten Tegal
PT. Gaya Teknik Utama is a business unit that specializes in the automotive and
heavy equipment that has been certified ISO 9001: 2008 and has implemented in the
implementation of the manufacture of automotive components.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the PT Gaya Teknik Utama
implement ISO 9001: 2008 as well as knowing the constraints faced by PT Gaya
Teknik Utama and how to overcome these obstacles.
Researchers using interviews and questionnaires to obtain data in order to know how
important the application of ISO 9001: 2008 at PT Gaya Teknik Utama products.
The discussion is done by analyzing the data questionnaire has been filled in by the
respondents from PT Gaya Teknik Utama using a scale of measurement data by
Mustafa books and Sugiyono. Then calculated according to calculations Likert and
grouped into several categories. PT Gaya Teknik Utama carry out the implementation
of ISO 9001: 2008 in accordance with the regulations of the National Bureau of
Standards, but even so there are some obstacles in implementing the ISO 9001: 2008
