ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ABILITY AND WORK MOTIVATION TO EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE AT PT PURINUSA EKAPERSADA SEMARANG
The objective of this final project report is to find out the influence of ability and work motivation to employees’ performance at PT Purinusa Ekapersada Semarang. Questionnaries and literature studies were the instrument to collect data. Qustionnaries were distributed to 63 employess as respondents.
The analysis data used the method of multiple linier regression analysis. Qustionnaries were distributed to 63 employess as respondents. Regression analysis was to determine the influence of level ablity and work motivation. Data were processed using SPSS 20.
The calculation of regression coefficient shows that Y = 3,003+ 0,472X1+ 0,676X2. It means that result of regression gives a positive influence on the performance of employee, while coefficient of determination is 0,688. It means that 68,8% employees performance was influenced by ability and work motivation, while the rest of 31,2% is influenced by other factors.
To maintain working motivation in order to support the employees performace, the company must be given appreciation, bonus, benefolent fund and to improve their ability the employees must participate in training held by the company.
