Persepsi karyawan terhadap implementasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja = K-3 pad PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Emas Semarang
TITLE: “THE EMPLOYEES’ PERCEPTION OF IMPLEMENTATION THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (OHS) AT PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA III (PERSERO) TANJUNG EMAS SEMARANG BRANCH”
The purpose of the study is to find out employees’ perception of implementation the occupational health and safety program, based on prevention eforts toward the risk of accidents and occupational diseases in work place. To are control hazards in the workplace, the company applies OHS guidance and supervision as the system of safety management and occupational health, and prevention from occupational diseases.
The methods of collecting data were observation, literature studies, interview and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative method. The data used were the primary data and secondary data. Primary data were included questionnaires answered by the respondents. Secondary data were obtained from the books, as well as the infromation given by the employees at PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA III (PERSERO) TANJUNG EMAS SEMARANG BRANCH.
The research result showed that control hazard in the workplace had good assessment with total score of 4,2, OHS guidance and supervision had good assessment with total score of 4,2, system safety management and occupational health had excellent assessment with total score of 4,3, and prevention occupational diseases also had excellent assessment with total score of 4,3. Based on the total score of occupational health and safety by prevention eforts accident and occupational diseases can be concluded that the application has been applied in excellent way.
