TECHNOLOGY of COMMON RAIL DIESEL ENGINE SEMINAR RELATED to PRODUCTION and MAINTENANCE SECTOR with a theme “SAVE ENERGY, SAVE the ENVIROUNMENT” and PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES of PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK-ISO
The purpose of this project are to improve the capability and knowledge of participants, to establish brand image of PT Astra Iternational Tbk-ISO, to introduce the Department of Business Administration of Semarang State Polytechnic, and to enhance the EO’s
experience at managing event.
The project uses 7 strategies in its process, such as place selection, audience and participants target, the speaker selection, the date selection, budgetting, fundraising, and promotion. The seminar on Common Rai Diesel Engine subject was held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 08:00 to 12:00 AM in the auditorium of the school building 2, 3rd floor, Semarang State Polytechnic. It was attended by 150 participants from student and lecturers, 2 speakers who are proficient in their fields, and received positive responses which was proven by 20 participants testimonials which were taken randomly. In general, they stated that this seminar could increase knowledge and very interesting because it was presented differently with Service Clinic and Test Drive activities. In the other hand, the invited speakers could cheer up the audience. While, the promotional activities of PT Astra International Tbk-ISO or Service Clinic and Test Drive was held on the same day (June 11, 2015) in the green field of Semarang State Polytechnic at 08.00 AM to 03.00 PM. It was attended by 10 Service Clinic participants, 20 lecturers who join the Test Drive, and a sufficient fundraising that was given by 5 company as sponsorship partner.
