Every year Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama always improve revenue from income tax article 21 to meet the target expected. Account Representative department has a role of increasing the potential tax payers instrumental in extracting the potential tax payers.
The purpose of this research are to know the potential revenue from income tax article 21, to know the efforts made by Account Representative department in increasing revenue from income tax article 21, to know the obstacles and the factors causing payment of tax arrears.
This final project using descriptive qualitative methods making of description expose in systematic and accurate revenue of the effort Of Improving The Revenue Of Income Article 21.
The research shows that the efforts of the increasing the revenue of income tax article 21 at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Semarang Candisari. The Account Representative department makes a research that shows mapping and profiling data. The processing department makes extensification to get new tax payers to the government and private institution. The new tax payers data are used to be the database of improving revenue of income tax. The obstacles are tax payers pay the income tax write the report lately. These isn’t any transparation of income tax calculation of budget.
