Prosedur Pengelolaan Sarana Dan Prasarana Kegiatan Rapat PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah Dan D.I Yogyakarta
Application of Activity Calendar (Ketan) is a computer application used for managing borrowing meeting rooms, management of means and infrastructures for meeting activities, and the management of the consumption required for meeting activities at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of Central Java & D.I. Yogyakarta, for thepurposesof thisstudywere to know the procedure of means and infrastructure management of meeting activity by using the application of activity calendar, to know how to operate and application of activity calendar, and to know the benefits and obstacles which was faced when using the application of the activity calendar in the means and infrastructure management of meetings activity at PT PLN (Persero) distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta.Methods of data collection were observation, interview, and literature study. The kinds of data used were qualitative and quantitative. This final project used method of descriptive written.The means and infrastructure management of meeting activity by using application of activity calendar (Ketan) was applied in the general secretariat was an effort to manage the means and infrastructure as a support of meeting activity with easy and quick process, both in reservation to borrow a meeting room, means and infrastructure as a support of meeting activity needed, and in approval to borrow a meeting room and the means and infrastructure needed. The means and infrastructure management of meeting activity by using application of activity calendar (Ketan) could simplify the setting up the facility of meeting activities to
avoid the use of meeting room together with other fields.Based on the result of this research, it could be concluded that by using the application of activity calendar (Ketan) could be short in time for reservation and approval to borrow a meeting room and facility which was needed to meeting activity and minimalize the conflict of two different meetings in the same meeting room.
