PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Sales Territory IV Semarang is a company that move in the precast concrete industry. With the development of enterprises that move in the same field with Wika Beton make Wika Beton management implement some policies/regulations and targets that must be fulfilled to survive and keep the company running well. However, in the fulfillment of these targets do not deny the existence of work stress that happens to employees, added with low work motivation of employees will lead the company does not run well. Through the research, entitled "The Relationship Between Work Stress With Work Motivation of Employees In PT Wijaya Karya Beton, Tbk. Sales Territory IV Semarang" aims to analyze the relationship between work stress with work motivation of employee in Wika Beton. The population used in this research are all employees of Wika Beton. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where the entire population of 30 employees of the respondents in this research. Primary data was obtained from questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained by literatures and websites. The data which was collected from questionnaires is analyzed by using pearson correlation. Pearson correlation test revealed a relationship between work stress with work motivation as measured by work stress variables and work motivation of 0.575 with a significance level of 0.001. Based on the questionnaires, can be given some recommendation are can held individually approaches between superiors and subordinates, or held support activities to build intimacy and harmony among employees, and can be held a discussion forum to communicate actively to take a decision or policy.
