Tinjauan Terhadap Prosedur Pembeitahuan Pemadaman Bergilir Pada PT.PLN (persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan
The purpose of this project is to find out the notification Procedure Of Rotating
Electricity Blackout At PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan and any
obstacles encountered by At PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan and how
to handle these obstacles.
In the preparation of this project the author used descriptive writing method. The
data collection methods used in this research were interview and observation, which
were questioning and answering from the interview. Data were obtained through
interview with employees and supervisors about the technique Notification
Procedure Of Rotating Electricity Blackout shment At PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon
Semarang Selatan.
The result of this study shows the rotations procedure used has been
appropriated, but the notification procedure of rotating electrical extanguishment At
PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon South Semarang have barriers that are not in accordance
with the schedule planned and there is limited time to determine of the Notification
Procedure Of Rotating Electricity Blackout.it is suggested to schedule according to
plan to make observation on the place which will be rotated, so PT. PLN (Persero)
Rayon South Semarang can handle the notification procedure of rotating electrical
extanguishment by giving notification time by opening contact cutomer complaint for
24 hours to do, so customer complaint can be overcome by available service
