Sistem penerbitan sertifikat pesawat angakat angkut dalam jasa sertifikasi K3 pada PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) cabang Madya Semarang
PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) is a company which runs in the servicesof survey, inspection, and consultation. In the provision of inspection services, there is the issuance of certificates for occupational safety and health. The work equipment must meet the standards, so that the safety and health of workers can be guaranteed. One effort to maintain safety is to conduct inspections and periodical maintenance of equipment that will be used in the work. The purpose of the inspection and maintenance of the equipment is for the prevention of accidents caused by equipment failure.
The purpose of the study is to know the issuance of a certificate system of aircraft lifting transport, to know the documents supporting the issuance of the certificate of aircraft lifting transport, and to know the relevant institutions for affect the issuance of certificates aircraft lifting transport in certification service of occupational safety and healthat PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero). This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected by doing observation, and interviews. Interviewees were Head of Operations and his staff.
It was found that the issuance of a certificate system of aircraft lifting transport includes the receipt of the request from the customer's checking, document checking, and then checking the equipment in the field, followed by a report of the results of the inspection and legalization by Disnakertrans. Documents examined the letter of request for inspection of customer, business license, tax registration number, manufacturer data record and equipment list, certificate of inspection, inspection reports and certificates of operation permit. Relevant involved institutions are PT Surveyor Indonesia, Customer /Company and Disnakertrans. It concluded that the system of certificate issuance done by PT Surveyor Indonesia goes with the minister of labor regulations RI No.05/MEN/1985 on aircraft lifting transport, legislation No.13 of 2003 on employment, and legislation No.01 of 1970 about safety. However, there are some problems in performing field inspection tool.
