Program corporate social responsibility pada PT Taspen (Persero) Kantor cabang Utama Semarang
The aim of this final project is to know the programs of social responsibility that is applied by PT Taspen (Persero) and the flow of loan funding partnership program in PT Taspen (Persero). And to know the benefits and results of the evaluation of corporate partnership program. This project is written by using descriptive research method and the data are collected by the observation, the literature and doing interviews with employee from PT Taspen (Persero)’s Semarang main branch. This research is supported by quantitative data and the data are collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents which is recipient partnership program in Semarang area. From the questionnaires that has already beendistributed to 30 respondents can be concluded that at the planning stage the score is 3,34 of 4 scale, it means they are strongly agree with the planning stage. Whereas at the activity stage if the score is 2,93 of 4 scale, it means they are agree. While that at this stage of the evaluation of 3,79, that means strongly agree. From the above explanation, it can be concluded that the partnership program of PT Taspen (Perseroo) main branch of Semarang has been beneficial for the partners.
