The result show that, there are four types of service that are owned as follows: the mail express, special express mail delivery, postal items mail registered, reguler mail and the mail parcel surface mail. On each type of service, have distribution patterns different. Transportation system using a landline to see aspects of transportation timetables, transportation processes, transportation costs, transportation resources, and transporation budgets. The patterns of distribution and transportation system can not be separated from the performance of employees. On the results of the performance appraisal for the successful condition of activity which have a value of at least 98% of the successful shipment of goods to its destination, in facts in the successful conduction of activities have not reached 98%.
