Persepsi Karyawan terhadap Pelaksanaan Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001 : 2008 pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton Wilayah Penjualan IV Semarang
The purpose of this Final Project is to find out of employee perception with respect to the implementation of the quality management ISO 9001: 2008 at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang. PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV is a company which the manufacture of precast concrete. PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang also has to increase quality of product, so PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV implement with ISO 9001:2008. Methode used in this final project was descriptive analysis in which data were collected through primary data that is interviews, observation, questionnaire and secondary data through searching the internet and literature studies. The data are collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, they are all employees who work in the PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV. It is found that the score average for category of standard qualitys are ISO quality management system 3,28, management responsibility 3,12, resource management 3,11, measurement analysis and improvement 3,19, The function of management iso 3,08, the benefits of ISO 3,10. It is concluded that the staff are approve with implementation of the quality management ISO 9001:2008, it is suggested that PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV should be evaluated the function of management, to increase quality performance.
