Analisis Pengaruh Harga, Lokasi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa pada Calcio Unito Futsal Stadium Banyumanik
The primary purposes of this final project are to identify the analysis
influence of price, place, and service quality toward service of use decision at Calcio Unito
Futsal Stadium Banyumanik, to find out the most dominant influence on service of use decision at
Calcio Unito Futsal Stadium
Banyumanik.
The sampling technique used in this research was purposive
sampling. The methods in collecting data were interview, questionnaire, and literature studies. The
analysis method was multiple linier regression. From the calculation by multiple linier regression,
it could be said that all variable had a positive influence on service of use decision with the
regression formula: Y= -1,355 + 0,352X1+0,140X2+0,833X3+e. According to t test, t count value we
found that variable price was 31,014, while the place was 27,087, and the service quality was
20,012. While f test obtained f count value was 23,046. Coefficient determination was 0,734, it
meant that 73,4% of service of use decision could be explained by price, place and service quality.
Meanwhile, other part of 26,6% of service of use decision was influenced by other variables, which
were not included in
this research.
