Analisis Pengaruh Tayangan "Uenak Tenan" di Kompas TV Semarang terhadap Minat Memasak Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga (Studi pada Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga Desa Krajan Kulon Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal)
“UENAK TENAN” show is a cooking television program which was produced by Kompas TV Semarang. This program is very different from another cooking program. Because it shows how to make an Indonesian traditional food.
The purposes of the research is to analyze the influence of the “UENAK TENAN” show that consists of cognitive, affective and conative variables to the cooking interest of housewife in Desa Krajankulon Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal.
The method of collecting data used are questionnaire, interview, and literature review. The analytical method used multiple linear regression method, the reliability test, validity test, normality test, F test and t test.
The result of multiple linear regression method is Cooking Interest = 0.219 cognitive + 0.282 affective + 0.486 conative + e. The conclusion is “UENAK TENAN” show variables consists of cognitive, affective, and conative simultaneously and together have a significant influence on cooking interest of housewife in Desa Krajankulon Kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Conative is the most dominant variable that influence on cooking interest.
