The Influence of Work Motivation on The Disciplinary of Non Production Employees at PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi Semarang
The final project was conducted to find out motivation level and disciplinary level. In addition, the influence of work motivation on the disciplinary of non production employees at PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi Semarang.
This research used census method with the respondents was 46 employees at PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi. Analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis test used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20.0 for windows.
The result of descriptive analyses showed that the level of motivation was fulfilled enough. While the result of the regression analysis showed that work motivation had positive influence and significant on the disciplinary of non production employees.
Suggestions of this research are that PT Indotirta Jaya Abadi should improve the motivation, especially in the physiological needs in the form of getting proper salary.
