Persepsi Karyawan terhadap Pemberian Insentif pada PT Wijaya Karya Wilayah Penjualan IV Semarang
PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang is one of the branches of PT Wijaya Karya company that has been established since March 11, 1997. PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang is a company which produces precast concrete. The purpose of this final project is to find out employees perception toward incentive at PT Wijaya Karya.Methode used in this final project was descriptive analysis in which data were collected by using interviews,observation, sending questionnaires and literature studies. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, they are all employees of the PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang.The result shows that average perception score of incentive of employees is 3,3. It means employees are very satisfiedwith incentive that is given.It is concluded that the employees are very satisfied with incentive. It is suggested that PT Wijaya Karya should evaluate and maintain the intensive policy of the company to raise the satisfaction of their employees in order to upgrade the productivity of company.
