Analisis Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Keselamatan dan Kesejahteraan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT Kebon Agung PG Trangkil Pati
PT Kebon agung PG Trangkil Pati is a company which is producen sugar with 300 employees. Labours are one of the most important factors to achieve the companys objectives so the company should give attaention to the stability of their productivities by providing employee safety and prosperity program.
The purpose of this research at PT Kebon Agung PG Trangkil Pati is to analyse the influence of employee safety and prosperity program on productivities.
The method of collecting data was conducted in four stages. The first stage was observation the object directly. The second satge was conducting interviews with the employers. The third stage was distributing giving out quetionnaires to 75 employees in production departement as respondent. The data characteristics for this final project are qualitative and quantitative and then for data sources primary data and secondary data. The tecniques of anaysis used are regression analysis, correlation analysis and determination coefficient test, SPSS version 20.0 is used to process the data.
The result shows that employees safety and prosperity program of productivites have weak corelation. The determination coefficient shows R square = 0,391, it means that 39,1% productivity variant is influenced by employees safety and prosperity programe variant, and 60,9% influenced by the other factors. The t-test trail of the influence employee safety and welfare to productivity indicates that there is significant influence because the value of t canculation 3,763 is bigger than the of t-table 1,9929 with the significant level of 5%.
