Peranan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Jawa Tengah

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is commitment of business to contribute on economic development sustainability, workers and employees, families, local communities, and the community to improve the quality of life. There are two indicators that CSR has had an important position. The first is in several multi-national companies, national, and state-owned enterprises, CSR has become a department of an organization structure that is responsible to the Director directly. The second is the increasing number of regulations governing CSR, ranging from limited liability company law number 40 year 2007, investment law number 25 year 2007, Law Number 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises, the decision of the minister state-owned enterprises of environmental development programs and partnerships.

In the state-owned company's CSR program is known by the name of Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). PKBL is a program conducted by the company to help the welfare of the people in the company working area in the fields of economics, education, health, social, environment and to build a positive public perception of the company. This research is addressed to determine public perceptions of the role of partnership program and community development to society welfare at work areas of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Central Java.

According to the result of the research which is presented in the form of frequency tables, it shows that the the public perceptions of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Central Java Partnership program is good. Respondents agreed with the four indicators of CSR as follows a Cause Promotion, Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate Philantrophy, and Community Development of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Central Java.
