Perum Perhutani (State Owned Forest Enterprise) institution trusted to manage the forest resources in Java plays an important role to secure all forest state lands in Java and Madura as supporting system for environment, social and economy of the people in Java. In line with the task, Perum Perhutani is demanded to become a healthy corporation seen from forestry point of view, and from its operational and financial performance. These are aimed to safeguard a functional balance of both from ecological and economic aspects.
Perum Perhutani do a joint venture agreement of commodity jatropha curcas linn with PT Jatro Waterland England.This will be discussed in this Final as the technique of executing joint venture.
The purpose of this final project report is to know the technique of executing joint venture and condition, law base, the agreement, related parties, benefit and efforts in the agreement.
In this final project, the writer uses descriptive method. Descriptive method is aimed at elaborating the nature(characteristics)of a state. technique of executing joint venture are: 1) formulation; 2) cooperation; 3) building the company; 4) disperse the joint venture.
From the above discussion it is concluded that the technique of executing joint venture between Perum Perhutai Unit I Jawa Tengah with PT Jatro Waterland is the same as stages describe in the guide book.
