Prosedur Standar mutu untuk mencapai standar kualitas produk Bateray Operated Product (BOP) pada PT Arismandiri Pratama
In the current era of globalization, companies are required not only in thesuperior quality of product but also excels in its management. Thus the company will be able and resilient in facing the competition. It can be seen when company aims to satisfy customers.. The purpose of the business of an enterprise or a business is to create and retain existing customers he has. Therefore, domestic enterprises need to be very aware that the key to success in the present and the future is quality through continuous improvement companies can improve profits and competitiveness of the company itself.
The aim of this study is to identify the quality standards of raw materials for the production of batteray Operated Product (BOP) and production of control batteray Operated Product (BOP) at PT. Arisamandiri Pratama.
Data were collected is the result of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The final project written analysis kualitatif.
the results of this study indicate that in order to achieve the quality standards, company should do good supervision by performing Quality Control (QC) which is based on the Inspection Plan made by Quality Assurance (QA).
