Implementasi Prosedur Pemasukan Dan Pengekuaran Barang Asal Luar Daerah Pabean ke dan dari kawasan Berikat Pada KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas
KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas gives bonded area facilities for exporters and importers. It’s one of Government policies for increasing exportation and developing Indonesian trading. They’re special facilities because they’re free of tax and entrance cost of goods of exporting and importing. There are no physical checking of goods in harbor if they included of green line.
The purpose of the final assignment is to explore the implementation of entering and releasing goods procedure of outside the customs area to and from bonded area on KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas, as well as the documents which are used for its implementation.
The data were collected by making interview, observation, internet research and literature studies and it’s written descriptively.
The result shows that the implementation of entering and releasing goods procedure of outside the customs area to and from bonded area on KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas applies the different Customs Declaration.
Finally, it is concluded that the entering goods procedure of outside the customs area to bonded area is by using Customs Declaration of BC 2.3, and the releasing goods procedure of bonded area to outside the customs area on KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas is by using Customs Declaration of BC 3.0. It’s presented by using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. The documents which were used for those implementation are Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Certificate of Inspection (COI), BC 2.3, BC 3.0 and also the other supported documents. It’s recommended that KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Emas should hold regular socialization of their procedures for exporters and importers to avoid mistakes of using the Customs Declaration.
