Sentral Artha Sejahtera Credit Unions does not have a system for the provision of credit. Therefore, it needs a system which assists customer service and credit analyst to determine whether the customer is feasible or not in the submission of the loan application.
One of the advantages of information tecnology is the use of the decision support system for the provision of credit to prospective customer. The method used to support this system is a scoring system method to produce the accurate data that are presented in the quantitative form such as the value of the financial viability based on standardized category. The value of the financial viability is used by credit analysts as a great consideration for making a decision. Thus, the process of decision-making occurs faster that it is expected.
The research methods used here are interview and observation. The methods are also used to design the system based on the result of assessments and the system development of Rational Unifield System (RUP) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for modeling the concept of the system.
