The research used descriptive qualitative method. The study used primary and secondary data that were collected by conducting interviews, studying documents, and doing observations.
Semarang Container Terminal Branch has standard services that have been conducted as the way to provide the best services for supporting the efficient movement of imported behandle containers. The processes of the activities are: planning, checking document, preparation, and evaluation toward the imported behandle container movement. The factors that influence the activities are: the parties involved in the activity, the equipment, the capacity of the container yard, and good weather.
